# DESIGN
First, we would like to receive your bag’s design (product photo, material, size, color, logo or Sketch), or you can choose our design on the website. Our team of professional designers can help you or your company, design any backpacks to your specifications. If possible, the detailed artwork is preferred, because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.
# PROTOTYPING
Our prototyping services are available.We have extensive in turning digital designs into actual backpacks.We have master team with 15 year of professional experience specialize in bags prototyping. We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage. If you feel that the rough price is within the acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage. Upon completion, we will send the sample to you, and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there is any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
# MANUFACTURE
After we get your order, we will prepare all kinds of the materials, and do the production for you, the important thing for the delivery time is base on the deposit time, the material time, the production time and the inspection time. Usually, we take 30-40days to produce the bags after getting the order, including material purchasing, packing, and QC checking. We always keep in touch with the buyer during the whole process of production, in order to stay informed about any update on production. A produce all the backpacks in high quality standard by strict quality control system on time.
# LOGISTICS
When the goods pass the inspection, you can arrange the shipment with your agent, and do the payment base on the order term, we will provide you the release documents base on your payment. BA has extensive experiences in logistics management, from shipping, documentation to custom clearance. Custom service is also important for us, we will follow with you if any problem happened.
